Chia-Yang Huang

Chia-Yang Huang is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in optimizing job recommendation systems and building digital certificate platforms. Currently employed at SeekOut since February 2023, Chia-Yang assists users in achieving career goals through enhanced search results based on user profiles. Previous roles at SeekOut included developing infrastructures for job recommendation ranking and implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment. At BiiLabs, Chia-Yang led a team to create a digital certificate platform and established communication protocols within a larger team. Additionally, Chia-Yang has experience in event planning as the Director of Event Planning for the Taiwanese Youth Alliance of Pacific Northwest and full-stack development for Make A Thing. Chia-Yang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
