Seenaryo
Victoria Lupton is an accomplished social leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community development. As the Founder and CEO of Seenaryo since August 2015, Victoria has spearheaded transformative theatre and play-based learning initiatives for marginalized communities in Lebanon and Jordan. Additionally, Victoria serves as a Trustee at Women Now For Development, advocating for Syrian women's rights and promoting democracy and justice in the region. Previous roles include Executive Director of Social and Economic Action for Lebanon (SEAL), where Victoria oversaw social and economic development projects, and Project Manager at Chisenhale Gallery, facilitating a collaborative contemporary art program. Victoria's educational background includes a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford, a Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals from Columbia Business School, and a Masters in Acting from The Oxford School of Drama.

Seenaryo is a leading specialist in theatre and play-based learning with under-served communities in Lebanon and Jordan. We use theatre and play to transform education and support people to learn, lead, heal and thrive in their classrooms and communities. Having reached over 100,000 children, youth, women and teachers since 2015, Seenaryo has been one of Expo 2020 Dubai's 120 Global Innovators, has lectured for New York University on their Teacher Fellowship, and has been featured in Al Jazeera and Prospect Magazine.
