Ian Merrington

Ian Merrington has held various roles in the technology industry since 1999. Ian began their career at CSC as a DBA and Application Support Analyst. In 2006, they moved to Reed Managed Services as a DBA. Ian then joined JDA Software in 2010 as a Contract Oracle DBA and Oracle DBA. In 2013, they joined Sky as a NoSQL Dev Op Engineer and Oracle DBA NoSQL DBA (Contract). Their most recent role is at Seenit, where they have been the Chief Technology Officer, VP of Engineering, and Snr Cloud Engineer since 2017.

Ian Merrington attended the University of Southampton from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bsc in Chemistry. Prior to this, they attended Tomlinscote School.
