Merel Schaap

Merel Schaap is an experienced professional specializing in impact analysis and finance, currently serving as an Impact Specialist and Impact Analyst at Seenons since August 2021. At Seenons, responsibilities include collecting CO2eq impact data, building impact models for waste streams, and communicating findings. Prior to this, Merel served as a board member focusing on finance and public relations for We Are Tomorrow Global Partnership, and worked as an international fundraising manager for the Youth Climate Movement. Experience also includes project management in procurement at Upfield and Unilever, where Merel contributed to process improvements and innovation initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management of Innovation from the Rotterdam School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Radboud University, complemented by an Erasmus study abroad program in Business Management at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
