Christopher D'Angelo has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success (Americas) at Seeq Corporation, where they are responsible for managing and developing a high-performing Customer Success team. Christopher also works closely with the Sales organization to drive expansion across existing accounts. Prior to this, Christopher held the role of Group Manager - Customer Success Management (North America) at Seeq Corporation, where they built and operationalized customer success playbooks.
Before joining Seeq Corporation, Christopher worked at ArcelorMittal Dofasco as the Manager of Finishing Automation, overseeing automated coil logistics. Christopher also served as a Team Lead for Automated Coil Logistics and a Senior Specialist for Automated Cranes during their tenure at ArcelorMittal Dofasco.
Christopher's previous experience includes roles at Ontario Power Authority as an Engineering Analyst (Industrial), NOVA Chemicals in process control and optimization, Dana Corporation in advanced engineering and product development, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada as a Stamping Pilot Engineering Student, Trillium Health Care Products as a Plant Engineering Student, Bowater as a Process Engineering Student, and The Dow Chemical Company in research and development.
Christopher D'Angelo completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo from 2002 to 2007.
