Karthik S Bharadwaj has worked in various roles for various companies since 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a New Product Development Engineer at Continental, responsible for new product development and launch in the operations. In 2017, they worked as an Intern at Institut Néel CNRS, where they were responsible for nanofabrication of Rhenium nanowires by top down approach using RIE etching, calibration of thermometers up to 50 K, and DC low noise characterization of Aluminum and Rhenium nanowires down to 400 mK. In 2019, they worked as an Intern at IBM. Since 2022, they have been working as a Quantum engineer at Seeqc. From 2017 to 2022, they were a PHD Researcher-Quantum systems at Institut Néel CNRS, where they were responsible for design and modeling of microwave 3D waveguides and 2D resonators, DC and RF measurements of qubits and resonators down to 10 mK using commercial cryostats from Quantum Design and Bluefors, and nanofabrication of superconducting quantum circuits from 20 nm to 2500 nm thickness.
Karthik S Bharadwaj completed their Pre-University at Vijaya College in 2007-2009, majoring in PCMB. Karthik S then went on to obtain a BE in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2009-2013. Karthik S then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at KU Leuven from 2015-2016 and a second Master of Science (M.S.) in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at Universit\u00e9 Grenoble Alpes from 2016-2017.
