Louis Fry-Bouriaux has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Louis started as a Software Engineer at Arm in 2011, before becoming a Researcher at the University of Leeds in 2013. In 2018, they took up a Postdoctoral Researcher role at the London Centre for Nanotechnology, where they were involved in a series of experimental and theoretical academic projects centred around Quantum Annealing. This included the development of a low temperature superconducting physics lab, numerical methods and novel techniques for diabatic quantum annealing protocols. In 2022, Louis Fry-Bouriaux began working as a Quantum Firmware Engineer at Seeqc US.

Louis Fry-Bouriaux attended the University of York from 2009 to 2012.
