Ian MacAulay

Ian Macaulay, P.Eng has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Ian started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Lockheed Martin in May 2013 and held this position until August 2014. After that, they joined Lockheed Martin again in May 2015 as a Software Engineering Associate, where they worked until January 2018. In January 2018, Ian joined Seequent as a Software Developer and later progressed to the role of Senior Software Engineer in October 2019. Ian then became the Lead Software Engineer in October 2021 and is currently working as the Principal Software Engineer at Seequent since November 2022.

Ian Macaulay, P.Eng obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Calgary, where they studied from 2009 to 2015. In 2020, they obtained a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) certification from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
