Kathryn Gall

Kathryn Gall is an experienced geologist and technical leader currently serving as the Director at the Australian Institute of Geoscientists since May 2023. With a long tenure at Seequent since August 2017, Kathryn has held multiple roles, including Technical Services Manager for APAC, where leadership of a team of geoscientists provided professional services for geoscience software users. Prior roles at Seequent involved mentoring, strategic planning, and liaising with customers. Kathryn's previous experience includes significant contributions as a Senior Project Geologist at Mineral Resources Limited, where a major lithium resource increase was achieved, and a Senior Modelling Geologist at Rio Tinto, where geological modeling processes were enhanced. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Geostatistics from Edith Cowan University.
