Condi (Xi) Peng

Condi (Xi) Peng has a diverse work history, starting with an internship as a Quality Control Intern at Hanchuan power plant in 2011. They then worked as a Software QA at Engineering Innovation from August 2015 to January 2016. Following this, Condi joined Grifols in January 2016 and held the position of Software QA until May 2019 when they transitioned to the role of NAT(Nucleic Acid Testing) System, R&D. They worked in this position until July 2021. Condi also had a brief role as a Corporate Partnerships Manager at Be the Change Foundation from June 2020 to May 2021. Currently, Condi is employed at Seer, where they started as a Proteomics Robotics R&D in July 2021 and have recently been promoted to the position of Manager, Software Test starting in October 2022.

Condi (Xi) Peng holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Condi (Xi) also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in energy and power engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 2019, they obtained various certifications including Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer from ISTQB, Certified Tester Foundation Level Agile Tester from ASTQB, and Certified Software Tester (CSTE) from ISTQB. Condi (Xi) has completed several online courses and obtained certificates in Introduction to Marketing, Data Communications and Network Services, Network Protocols and Architecture, and Programming Foundations with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, which will be completed in 2023.
