Dashyanng Kachru

Dashyanng Kachru has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Dashyanng'smost recent role is as a Data Scientist II at Seer since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Scientist at Metagenomi from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, Dashyanng served as a Data Engineer at DIGBI HEALTH, where they contributed significant scientific and business value by utilizing their expertise in bioinformatics and data science. Dashyanng also worked as a Research and Development Intern at DIGBI HEALTH from 2020 to 2020, where they focused on using predictive data modeling techniques to assess the association of genetic and gut microbiome markers. Before that, Dashyanng gained experience as a Software Testing Intern at Helpsy Health in 2020, where they facilitated test cases for new and existing product features and improved recordkeeping for company operations. Furthermore, Dashyanng was a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of San Francisco from 2019 to 2020, where they conducted a genome-wide association study of prostate cancer. In the sports field, Dashyanng worked as a Professional Soccer Player for Lonestar Kashmir FC from 2016 to 2018, and for PIFA Colaba FC from 2010 to 2014. Dashyanng also has experience in the field of biomedical engineering, having interned at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in 2015. During this internship, they identified, classified, stored, secured, and tracked records of machines, as well as resolved technical glitches in the machines. Dashyanng completed their Bachelor's thesis at Thadomal Shahani Engineering College in 2016, where they designed an Interface Engine for a pathology laboratory. Dashyanng Kachru completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Biomedical Engineering at Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, Mumbai University in 2016. In 2019, they enrolled at the University of San Francisco to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Informatics, which they completed in 2020.
