Lars Vahlkamp

Lars Vahlkamp has over 20 years of experience working in the life sciences research industry. Lars currently holds the position of Executive Regional Business Manager for the Benelux & Nordic regions at Seer, starting in 2022. Before joining Seer, Lars worked at SomaLogic from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles such as Director of Life Sciences Research for EMEA, Regional Manager for Life Sciences Research in Europe, and Regional Manager for Pharmaceutical and Academic Alliances in Europe. Prior to SomaLogic, Lars worked at NuGEN Technologies from 2004 to 2015, serving as an Account Executive, Technical Support Manager, and Application Scientist for Europe. Lars also worked at TouchDown Biomarketing BV as a Technology Applications Manager and Application Scientist, and at PamGene as a Scientist. Lars began their career as a Postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research. Throughout their career, Lars has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, technical support, and research in the genomics field.

Lars Vahlkamp completed a PhD in Biology/Botany from the University of Cologne from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their MSc in Biology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1988 to 1993. There is no information about their education prior to their MSc degree.
