Sayeed Andeshmand

Sayeed Andeshmand has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Sayeed currently works as a Staff Engineer at Seer since March 2021. Previously, they worked at Talis Biomedical Corporation as a New Product Introduction Manager, where they led a team and was responsible for design transfer activities and additional consumable designs. Sayeed also served as a Sr. Mechanical R&D Engineer at Talis, where they owned the final consumable part design and supported the instrument design team. Before that, Sayeed was a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where they supported sustaining activities, designed consumable components, and drove a design change for improved performance. Sayeed also worked at Veniti as an Engineer, Solta Medical as a Sr. Mechanical R&D Engineer, Plastikon as a Mechanical Engineer (Tooling), D&H Manufacturing as a Mechanical & Process Engineer, Tyco Electronics as an Equipment and Process Engineer, and RheoSense as a Mechanical Engineer.

Sayeed Andeshmand obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University between 2001 and 2006. Sayeed then pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2008 to 2010.
