Tina Gu has held various positions throughout their career. Tina started as an Accountant and Consultant at Deloitte & Touche in 1995, where they audited several conduits in the New York area and managed the securitization process for Ford Motor Company. In 1998, they became an Accounting Manager at Industrial Bank of Japan, where they performed due diligence on loans and implemented a general ledger system. Tina then joined Deutsche Bank in 2000 as a Vice President, where they served as a Project Manager, ensured accurate recording of P and L for complex transactions, and developed a funding strategy for 10 conduits. Tina has been with Seer Capital Management since 2012, holding the position of Vice President.
Tina Gu attended the Bronx High School of Science from 1988 to 1991. Tina then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business from 1991 to 1995. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from AICPA and has also acquired the Series 63 and Series 7 certifications from FINRA.
