Daisy Silva Palharini has worked as a Software Developer, Software Test Analyst, Performance Engineer, and Software Quality Engineer since 1994. Daisy has worked for PMM, PAM, FUCAPI (1994-2007), CPM (2007-2008), Dell (2008-2011), HP (2011-2015), Hewlett Packard Enterprise (2015-2017), e-Core (2017-2018), and Seerene (2018-present). At e-Core, they were a Senior Software Quality Analyst, where they applied knowledge of tools/languages such as Selenium, Webdriver, Cucumber, Sikuli, Java, HPE UFT, ALM, Jira. At DBServer, they were a Senior Automation Test Analyst, providing analysis for the automation of functional tests to a company's new and legacy systems. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they worked as a Test Lead, responsible for defining and documenting the applications test strategies, test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications. At HP, they acted as a Test Developer on automation of functional and performance tests. At Dell, they were a Performance Engineer, responsible for test strategy definition, test planning, scripts development, execution, analysis, and reporting the results to the business teams. At Fundacao Paulo Feitosa and CPM, they worked as a Software Test Analyst.

Daisy Silva Palharini completed their post-Graduation in Desenvolvimento de sistemas baseado em Software Livre from Federal University of Amazonas in 2006 and their Graduation in Electrical Engineering from University of Amazonas. In March 2016, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
