Sophia Friederike Hoehn is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at German Deep Tech Group since December 2022 and at Seerene since November 2016. Throughout their career, Sophia has held various leadership roles, including Head of Operations and Strategic Project Manager at Seerene, and Advisor to the Board and Management at Targomo. Prior to these positions, Sophia managed controlling and project management roles at UNITO Versand & Dienstleistungs GmbH and served as International Project Manager at Palfinger. Sophia holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from Fachhochschule Salzburg, a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Freie Universität Berlin, and a Diplom in financial and business mathematics from Technical University of Munich.

By leveraging AI to integrate all available data from tools, methods, and metrics, Seerene creates a new foundation of shared knowledge and insights in the form of their ‘Digital Boardroom’, empowering the decision-markers in software engineering.
