Matias Maturana

Matias Maturana is an experienced engineering consultant and technical product manager with a strong background in implantable medical devices and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Consultant at NeuroInsights and a Senior Technical Product Manager at Seer, Matias oversees product management and project management across various aspects of medical device development, including systems design, firmware, and clinical trials. Previously, Matias held leadership roles such as VP of Systems Engineering at Carbon Cybernetics and contributed as a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, focusing on deep brain stimulation for epilepsy. With extensive research experience in electrophysiology and device fabrication, Matias has a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, along with multiple degrees in engineering and science from the University of Melbourne.
