Danny Bundren

Danny Bundren, MBA, CASC, CPA, JD, has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Danny currently holds the position of Chief Development Officer and Vice President of ASC Operations at SEES Group since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Surgery Partners, Inc as the Vice President Development and Regional Vice President Operations from November 2014 to January 2020. Danny also served as the Vice President Development and Operations at Symbion from September 2008 to November 2014, and as the Vice President Development and Resyndication at Surgical Care Affiliates from July 2005 to September 2008.

Before transitioning into the healthcare industry, Danny worked as the Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Trillion from September 2003 to June 2005, and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Active Services Corporation from August 1999 to September 2003. Danny also held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NATIONAL NEPHROLOGY ASSOCIATES from January 1997 to July 1999.

Danny has prior experience in tax and finance roles, having worked at Surgical Care Affiliates/Health South as the Vice President Taxation from September 1992 to January 1997. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche from July 1983 to September 1992, and as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. from December 1979 to July 1983.

Danny Bundren, MBA, CASC, CPA, JD holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Danny also obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in Business Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to their educational accomplishments, they hold the certifications CASC (from the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association) and CPA (from the State of Tennessee), which were obtained in 2017 and 2003, respectively. Danny also obtained their JD (Juris Doctor) certification from the State of Tennessee in 2000.
