Karl Milne

Karl Milne is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational management and strategic leadership across various industries, including employment services, pharmaceuticals, and cinema. Currently serving as Executive Director at Seetec Ireland since March 2017, Karl holds full P&L accountability for Seetec Employment and Skills Ireland and actively participates on Seetec’s Group Executive Board. Previous roles include Operations Director at Seetec, where responsibility encompassed managing 70% of the JobPath service, and Director of Supply Chain & Partnership, developing a supply chain for 30% of the JobPath contract. Earlier experiences involve managing significant transformations at Allcare Pharmacy and Xtra-vision Ltd, as well as leadership roles at UCI Cinemas. Karl Milne holds an MBA from Dublin City University and a BComm from University College Dublin.
