Katie Spooner Miep Certified

Katie Spooner is a certified MIEP professional with extensive experience in leadership and recruitment. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Seetec since September 2020, Katie oversees staff management, performance reviews, training initiatives, rota planning, HR functions, and budgetary controls. Prior to this role, Katie was a Branch Manager and recruitment consultant at Matching Staff Solutions Ltd from March 2019 to August 2020, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing and the launch of a new branch in Exeter.
