Gev Decktor

Gev Decktor has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Currently, they are the VP of R&D at SeeTrue AI, where they are involved in the development of groundbreaking AI technology for travel security screening. Prior to that, they held the same role at Ibex Medical Analytics, focusing on using deep learning and computer vision to detect cancer in pathology biopsies. Gev also served as the VP of R&D at Panoramic Power, where they played a pivotal role in bringing energy market solutions to the IoT and big data era. Additionally, they served as the Head of R&D at PlayBuzz, managed the Pay-in product line R&D at Payoneer, and worked as a Dev Manager at PayPal. Earlier in their career, Gev was the Software Group Leader at Vollee (formerly Gamestream), where they managed various teams and worked on streaming PC games to mobile devices. Gev also worked as a Software Team Leader at Symantec, creating Java-based infrastructures, and at Comverse, leading the notification team and standardizing the notification protocol. Throughout their career, Gev has gained expertise in a wide range of technologies, including deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, Python, Linux, AWS, healthcare, and more.

Gev Decktor completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 1997 to 2000.
