With a strong background in sales management, Victor served as Components Sales Manager in China and held key positions at Sefar Singapore Pte Ltd and Cummins Inc. They earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of South Australia and a Degree in Commerce from Curtin University of Technology, complementing an earlier Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
