Sefea Impact Sgr
Sefea Impact Sgr is an asset management company founded in 2016 with the aim of promoting and managing closed-end, reserved investment funds under the "EuVECA" label (European venture capital Fund). The company adopts an impact investing strategy, with the aim of generating, in addition to an economic return, a measurable social impact by investing in companies with a social and / or environmental vocation. The impact management process is at the center of Sefea Impact's strategy. The first fund launched by Sefea Impact in May 2018 is the Fondo Sì - Social Impact. To ensure a correct identification of its objectives, Sefea Impact has adopted its own Theory of Change (Toc), a tool that allows to articulate and plan the company's processes, starting from the resources it needs, up to the activities and results, then identifying the generated impact. Sefea Impact's mission is "to spread an impact investing approach capable to generate positive changes for the well-being of the communities, placing among its investment criteria, alongside a fair economic return, the expansion of people's capabilities, of the "social capital" and the environmental sustainability, as fundamental opportunities for creating value".
