Mohamed Bahgat

Mohamed M. Bahgat is an experienced professional with a diverse background in learning and development, coaching, and business management. Currently serving as an Author at FIRSTFramework and as CEO & Founder of SeGa Group since June 2012, Mohamed also plays a crucial role as Founder and Master Coach at SeGateam, a specialized team dedicated to impactful learning and coaching. With extensive expertise as an International Facilitator for ASTD and as a Regional Training Consultant for ProMark, Mohamed has contributed significantly to corporate coaching initiatives and professional training. Additional roles include Board Member and Deputy CEO at Sahm Group Inc., alongside previous positions in training and consulting at various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Educational Psychology from Mayfield College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Cairo University.
