Benson Ishii

Benson Ishii has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Benson started their career at Yogurtland in 2016 as an Associate Manager, where they trained new associates, managed inventory and cash handling, and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2017, they briefly worked at Sami's Flowers as a Shopkeeper, where they coordinated with designers and drivers and maintained inventory for events. Currently, they are working at Sega of America, Inc. since 2019, initially as a Quality Assurance Analyst and currently as a Quality Assurance Lead. Their responsibilities include creating testing plans, managing testers, and ensuring effective test coverage across different platforms and languages.

Benson Ishii obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Computer Science from Santa Monica College from 2012 to 2016. Benson then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Game Science at UC Irvine from 2017 to 2019.
