Hajime Satomi

Hajime Satomi is the current Chairman at Sega Sammy. Prior to this, they were the Chairman & CEO at Sega from April 2017 to March 2017, the President & CEO at Sammy Corporation from April 2016 to March 2017, and the President and CEO at Sega from April 2015 to March 2017. Hajime has also been the CEO at Sega from July 2012 to March 2015, the EVP and Representative Director at Sega from June 2012 to March 2017, and the President & COO at SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. from April 2017 to April 2021. Additionally, they have served as a Board of Director at SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. from June 2012 to March 2017 and at Three Rings Design from November 2011 to March 2015.

Hajime Satomi graduated from Meiji Gakuin University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics. Hajime then pursued an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and graduated in 2012. Hajime is certified from MBA.
