Muriel Herrewyn

Muriel Herrewyn has extensive work experience in financial management and control. Muriel is currently the Financial Director at Segafredo Zanetti France since September 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Financial Director at Novacel from October 2004 to July 2020. During their time at Novacel, they implemented various strategies including external growth through acquisitions, developed management tools such as consolidation and currency hedging, and led initiatives to build and consolidate the workforce. Earlier in their career, Muriel held the position of Financial and Administrative Director at CARRIER TRANSICOLD INDUSTRIES from September 1998 to October 2004, where they managed the financial operations and partnered with directors for continuous improvement projects. Muriel also worked as a Senior Management Controller at FERRERO FRA from September 1996 to September 1998, where they were responsible for management control and integrating decision-making software. Muriel began their career as an Associate Corporate Finance at Bankers Trust in September 1990 and worked as a Senior at PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS from September 1986 to September 1990. Before moving to the financial sector, they held the positions of Regional Administrative and Financial Manager and Group Auditing & Control Manager at DOMOSERVICES from September 1993 to September 1996. Muriel Herrewyn pursued their first formal education in 1983 when they attended ESCP Business School. Muriel completed their studies in 1986, specializing in finance, accounting, auditing, and management. Afterward, in 1993, Muriel obtained certification as an accountant. Later, in 2010, they engaged in further studies at HEC Paris and Oxford University. During this time, Muriel pursued an Executive Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change, which concluded in 2011.
