Max Dulberger

Max Dulberger is currently the Director of Corporate Governance and Engagement at Segal Marco Advisors, where Max provides investor clients with corporate engagement, proxy voting, and ESG implementation services. Prior to this, Max held positions such as Director of Corporate Governance & Sustainable Investment at the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer and Senior Policy Advisor at the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs. Max has also served as the Director of Legislative Affairs at the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs and as Chief of Staff for State Representative Steve Hilgenberg. Max has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
