A. Solomon Luwoye

Solomon Luwoye concentrates his practice in the areas of first-party and third-party no-fault insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability and general negligence litigation. He applies innovative and analytical skills to effectively manage his caseload throughout the litigation process.

Additionally, Solomon has experience representing clients in a variety of trademark matters, including trademark protection and trademark applications. He also spent a number of years as an insurance advisor for one of the largest brokerages in North America, which has provided him with a unique, behind the scenes, knowledge and set of skills when analyzing his case files.

His clients know that Solomon brings a unique perspective and set of abilities to his work, resulting in proven and effective results. Solomon utilizes his diverse experience, background and analytical skills to creatively approach legal issues while also aggressively representing his clients. He has successfully argued various motions including motions for summary disposition in both district and circuit courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Solomon served as an associate for a national litigation firm handling a variety of matters including, insurance and civil litigation. He has served as a law clerk for a national subrogation firm and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Cynthia Stephens at the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Solomon earned his J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, cum laude where he received Book Awards in medical malpractice and trademark & entrepreneur clinic as well as the Dennis L. Dabney Scholarship, Honorable Roy L. Roulhac Endowed Scholarship and the Black Law Students Association Tuition Scholarship. He also served on the board of advocates for moot court.

Solomon holds a B.A. with honors in criminology from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada.
