Phillip Combs

Phillip Combs currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Segale Properties. Previously, he held the same title at Stephen C. Grey & Associates, LLC and was also the President of the Western WA Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. With a background in property management and real estate development, Phillip has a Master's degree in Urban Planning with a focus on Real Estate and Urban Redevelopment from the University of Washington.
