Stephen Lapointe

Stephen LaPointe has extensive experience in operations management within the financial sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Segall Bryant & Hamill since March 2006. In this role, Stephen manages sponsor-based Separately Managed Account programs and the Unified Managed Accounts platform, overseeing model trading, billing, compliance, trade settlement, and marketing support. Prior to this, Stephen held the position of Senior Portfolio Administrator at Mesirow Financial from November 1999 to March 2006 and worked as an Anthropology Collections Management Assistant at The Field Museum from January 1999 to November 1999. Stephen's early career includes serving as an Interpretive Ranger with the National Park Service from June 1996 to September 1998. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Western Michigan University from 1993 to 1997 and graduated from Forest Hills Central High School in 1993.
