Marie Gramstrup

Marie Gramstrup has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marie is currently working as an HR Partner for Mennesker & Kultur at SEGES Innovation since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Krifa as a Chef for a juridisk specialistcenter from August 2015 to February 2023. In this role, they led a team of 20 professionals and was responsible for strategic leadership, distributed leadership, competence development, and team building, among other responsibilities.

Before joining Krifa, Marie worked as an Ekstern karrierementor at Jobcenter Aarhus from January 2013 to October 2015, providing guidance and support to jobseeking academics as an unpaid external mentor. Marie also served as an HR- og Administrationschef at Advokatkompagniet A/S from February 2011 to August 2015, overseeing HR and administrative tasks.

Marie's earlier experience includes working as an Informationschef at Åbent Landbrug from an unknown start date to an unknown end date. Marie Gramstrup has a diverse educational background spanning several disciplines. Marie obtained a master's degree in biology, specializing in behavioral biology, from Aarhus University in 1999. In 2002, they attended Danmarks Journalisthøjskole to study journalism for information professionals.

In 2008, Marie completed an Akademiuddannelse in HR management and personnel administration from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus (Business Academy Aarhus). Marie further enhanced their skills in leadership and HR by pursuing a diploma in Leadership and HR from Ledelsesakademiet from 2013 to 2015.

Marie also completed a certification in executive coaching in 2017 from a Coaching Institute. Additionally, they became an arbejdslystkonsulent (work motivation consultant) in 2019 through a program offered by Dania in collaboration with Krifa.

In terms of additional certifications, Marie obtained the Saville Consulting Aptitude certification in April 2023 and the Saville Consulting Wave-Personality Questionnaire certification in March 2023 from Saville Consulting Danmark A/S.
