Alford Evans

Alford Evans has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alford most recently worked as the Director of Business Development - Data Partnership at Segmed, Inc., an early stage healthcare AI data company. Prior to this, Alford worked at The PFM Group as a Director, where they served as a senior advisor for not-for-profit hospitals and healthcare systems, leading marketing and advising on strategy, capital planning, capital structuring, capital raising, and strategic partnerships. Alford also advised state and local governments on capital raising. Alford also served as an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank, where they led client coverage, deal origination, and transaction execution for a Midwestern and national client base, focusing on hospitals and healthcare systems. Alford's experience also includes Vice President roles at Merrill Lynch, where they originated and executed complex bond and derivative transactions for not-for-profit hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the US, and at Salomon Smith Barney, where they structured and executed non-recourse tobacco settlement revenue securitizations for various state governments and executed advisory and capital-generating transactions across various industries.

Alford Evans completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Math from Pace University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Alford then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management, attending from 1998 to 2000.
