Sarb Minhas

Sarb Minhas has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Sarb started their career in 1999 as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent A Car, where they were responsible for managing daily operations and gaining skills in sales, marketing, training, customer service, scheduling, accounts receivable, inventory, and cost controls.

In 2004, Sarb moved on to KCI Medical, where they served as an Operations Supervisor, leading a team and coordinating customer service, technical support, and quality assurance for medical products. They quickly resolved customer issues within hospital and care facilities.

Sarb then joined Sprott-Shaw Community College as a Business Instructor in 2006. They planned, organized, conducted, and tested undergraduate classes in various management topics and had multicultural student groups ranging from 18 to 40 students.

From 2009 to 2014, Sarb worked at Autotrader.ca (Trader Corporation) as the British Columbia Regional Manager and Alberta Regional Manager of Dealer Services. They were responsible for training, coaching, and directing a team in creating and placing online customer advertisements. They also interfaced with retail customers, resolved service-related issues, and monitored website accuracy for over 260 customers.

In 2014, Sarb joined Steritech as an Operations Manager, overseeing operational activities. They then transitioned to Canada Post / Postes Canada in 2015 and served as an Operations Supervisor, contributing to smooth operations.

From 2017 to 2020, Sarb worked at Automotive Finance Corporation as the British Columbia Branch Operations Manager, where they were responsible for providing financial services to auto dealers. They achieved President's Award and managed a $34M branch receivables portfolio with over 140 customers.

Most recently, in 2022, Sarb joined Segra International Corp. as a Sales and Operations Senior Manager, where they contribute to sales and operational activities.

Sarb Minhas holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, which was completed between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University, graduating between 1997 and 1999. Sarb also holds a Diploma of Technology in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, which was obtained between 1995 and 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Sarb Minhas has obtained additional certifications, including an Advanced Studies in Business Certificate from BCIT and a Canadian Securities Certificate.
