Jill Chappell

Jill Chappell is an accomplished professional in vendor management and sales operations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Vendor Management at Segra since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jill held various positions at Lumos Networks from July 2013 to November 2019, including Director of Carrier Sales Operations and Manager of Carrier Sales Operations. Jill’s career began at Level3 Communications, where responsibilities spanned from Customer Project Manager to Manager of Customer Service from 1999 to 2013. Jill Chappell earned an Associate's degree in Environmental Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology between 1996 and 1999.
