Krystal Hansen-Heath

Krystal Hansen-Heath is an experienced NOC Analyst II at Segra since February 2023, previously working at Windstream from March 2014 to February 2023 in multiple roles including Specialist II-Srvc Activation, SPEC II-ERC Data/Voice Tech, and SPEC 1 ERC Transport Technician. In these positions, Krystal collaborated with customers, vendors, and field personnel to successfully turn up data networks and equipment such as CPE, firewalls, access points, and bandwidth diversity boxes.
