Jason Browne

Jason Browne has been in the recruitment and management field for over 15 years. Jason began their career in 2005 as a Management Trainee for Enterprise Holdings, Inc., where they were responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the branch office, selling additional products to customers, and maintaining relationships with customers, corporate accounts, body shops and dealerships. In 2012, they became an Executive Recruiter for Parker and Lynch, an Adecco Company, where they developed recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and focused on permanent placements for medium to large sized companies in the South Florida market in the areas of Accounting and Finance. In 2016, they moved to Brilliant™, where they worked as a Senior Financial Search Manager. In 2019, they joined Hayes Locums as a Talent Acquisition Partner, and in 2020 they took on the roles of Recruiting Manager and Executive Recruiter for Finance and Accounting at Segrera Associates.

Jason Browne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Management from Florida Atlantic University.
