Ruben Rabines

Ruben Rabines has a long history of working in the IT recruitment field. Ruben began their career in 2006 as a Technical Recruiter at Metro Group IT in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they were mentored by Ruben Garcia and learned about business and customer service. In 2008, they became a Senior IT Recruiter at COMSYS. In 2009, they held the role of Lead Senior Information Technology Recruiter at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers / TopSource, as well as Senior Technical Recruiter at CPS / Compuquip Professional Services. At CPS, they developed strong communication channels with potential candidates, sourced for qualified candidates on the Internet, recruited qualified candidates using various methods, negotiated salary and hourly rates with potential candidates, and built relationships with contract employees. In 2013, they co-founded Enet from scratch with Michael Ortiz and held the role of Senior Information Technology Recruiter (Startup). In 2018, they became the Founder & Editor-in-chief of futureTEKnow, an American online news media platform focused on the technologies impacting and shaping our future, and also held the role of Senior Information Technology Recruiter at ProSourceIT. Currently, they are the Lead Senior IT Recruiter at Segrera Associates, a professional recruiting and staffing firm.

Ruben Rabines received a BS in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima between 1993 and 2000. In 2003 and 2004, they attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center in New York to obtain an MCSA Microsoft Certification. In July 2016, they obtained a Hootsuite Certified Professional certification from Hootsuite Media Inc.
