Charlotte Dawidek is currently the Manager of Asset Management in Greater London at SEGRO plc. Prior to this, Charlotte held various roles in the real estate industry, including Senior Surveyor at CBRE and JLL. Additionally, Charlotte has a background in advocacy as a Student Advocate at the University of Exeter and has been actively involved in addressing gender imbalances in the real estate sector as the Next Gen Committee Chair at Real Estate Balance. Charlotte holds a Masters in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Exeter.
