Chris Spalding Mrics

Chris Spalding MRICS currently serves as Associate Director of Technical Development at SEGRO plc since October 2022. Previously, Chris held various positions including Director, Associate Director, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager at Gardiner & Theobald LLP from August 2013 to November 2022. In addition, Chris worked as Assistant Manager at Fernie Alpine Resort, overseeing a team of approximately 20 staff. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Cost Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.
