Magdalena Szulc

Magdalena Szulc, MRICS, serves as the Managing Director for Central Europe at SEGRO plc since September 2008, overseeing the company's portfolio in the Central and Eastern Europe region with a focus on asset management and development. Previously, Magdalena held roles including Country Manager at SEGRO plc from 2006 to 2008 and Regional Director at Grontmij Real Estate from 2003 to 2006. Prior to these positions, Magdalena worked as a Development Manager at Siemens from 2001 to 2003 and as a Turn Key Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Poznan University of Technology (2001-2003), an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution (1993-1996), and a Post-graduate degree in Real Estate - Valuation from Poznan University of Economics and Business (2004-2005), alongside training at the CCIM Institute from 2010 to 2012.
