Mary Barnard currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Transformation at Mondelēz International, where responsibilities include leading the Global Digital transformation program and reporting directly to the CEO as a member of the global leadership team. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Mary has held positions such as Chief Commercial Officer and President of U.S. Sales, along with serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Region President for the Chocolate Category in Europe, managing a $5 billion market-leading portfolio. Additionally, Mary has held positions such as President of Northern Europe at SEGRO plc and Non-Executive Director at CAOBISCO. Prior to joining Mondelēz, Mary spent nearly a decade at PepsiCo where roles included SVP/GM of the Pepsi Lipton Partnership and Vice President of Marketing Global Non-Carb. Mary holds a BSc in Management Sciences from The University of Manchester and an MSc in Marketing from the University of London.
