Jean-Philippe Leloup

Jean-Philippe Leloup has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jean-Philippe began their career as the Assistant Managing Director at Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo in 2004 before moving on to positions within Ferrari, where they held roles such as Commercial Director Switzerland and Regional Director Ferrari Central East Europe. In 2010, they became the Head of Ferrari Financial Services Europe and later served as the Director/CEO of Ferrari West Europe and Director/CEO of Ferrari Central East Europe. In 2018, Leloup joined Maserati as the Vice President of Global Sales Marketing before becoming the Founder & Partner at IDI Group LLC. in the same year. Most recently, in 2021, they assumed the position of Board Member and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at SEGRON.

Jean-Philippe Leloup attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2014, where they studied leading global business and authentic leadership development. In 1993, they also completed a program at EHL in Business Management, which they attended until 1997.
