Roger White has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Roger started their career as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at BAE Systems in 1983 and later joined Sanders Associates. From 1988 to 1996, they worked at Schneider Electric, where they had worldwide engineering responsibility for the development and launch of new industrial automation product lines. Roger then joined Cadence Design Systems as the Director of Program Management and Operations, where they successfully managed 41 product development projects. In 2002, they became the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Programs at NewRiver, Inc., where they managed product development activities and strategic account management. From 2003 to 2011, Roger served as the Vice President and General Manager at Suntron Corp, overseeing two electronic manufacturing facilities and achieving all financial and operational goals. Roger then worked as the General Manager at MC Assembly from 2011 to 2015, where they directed operational activities and developed divisional strategies for growth. Currently, Roger is the President/CEO of Segue Manufacturing Services and the President of R White Consulting, where they provide consulting services to early-stage product and service companies, focusing on operations management, program management, cost control, and new business development.
Roger White obtained a Program Management Certificate from Boston University in 1996-1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1979 and 1983.
