Noureddine ERRAIS is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR controlling and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Group HR Control & Compensation manager at SEGULA Technologies since December 2020, Noureddine has previously held key positions such as Head of HR Controlling & HRIS Projects at Econocom and Group HR Controller roles at NECOTRANS GETMA and Lectra, among others. With a solid educational background including an MBA in Audit and Management Control from ESG and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Paris School of Business, Noureddine has developed expertise in areas such as international HR strategy and payroll management throughout a diverse career that spans more than 15 years in various industries, including oil and gas logistics, fashion, and secure payment solutions.
