Thierry Pavaut has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Thierry began their career at Renault in 2001, starting as a structure design engineer for high-range vehicles. Over the years, Thierry took on various roles, including serving as a structure design leader for the crash performance of the "New Laguna" and as the team manager for BIW structure design. Thierry also worked as a BIW project manager, leading the upstream phase for middle-range cars and participating in an alliance exchange program with Nissan. In 2014, Thierry joined SEGULA Technologies as the Sales and Technical Director at Segula Technologies International, and later became the Responsable Business Développement for Turnkey Projects.
Thierry Pavaut attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1998 to 2001 and earned a degree in Ingénieur Généraliste.
