Aura Hernandez

Aura Hernandez has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Agents at SeguroInteligente.mx since January 2017, where Aura is instrumental in reshaping the role and working methods of agents in Mexico. Previously, Aura held positions in Human Resources at Grupo MAG and completed an internship at ING DIRECT. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana and several advanced certifications in organizational training, managerial skills, and strategic sales from esteemed institutions, including Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad de Monterrey.
