William Martinez

William Martinez has extensive experience in human resources and technology, particularly in the implementation of digital transformation projects within the HR sector. At Seguros Bolívar S.A., from February 2010 to August 2025, William served as the Leader of Analytic Technology and AI for Talent Management, as well as HR Administration Leader, where responsibilities included driving human management strategies aligned with organizational goals, implementing new technological platforms, and enhancing employee experiences. William also led the digital transformation project in talent management utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft 9.2. Academically, William holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Externado de Colombia, obtained between January 2017 and December 2019, and pursued studies in Human Resource Management at UdeCataluña from January 2016 to December 2017.
