Álvaro Morales Toledano currently serves as Controller IFRS17 at RGA, leading the implementation of IFRS17, defining implementation strategies, methodologies, and reporting structures, as well as coordinating various departments. Prior to this role, Álvaro was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte España, focusing on the implementation of IFRS17 and evaluating actuarial and financial systems alignment. Álvaro began their career at Deloitte as a Junior Consultant and Auditor, specializing in the insurance sector, conducting in-depth analyses for IFRS17 adaptations and auditing financial entities. Álvaro also gained experience in the startup ecosystem with SENS Foods and completed internships in financial analysis and cost accounting. Álvaro holds a Master's degree in Audit and Superior Accounting from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and a dual Bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Córdoba, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague through the ERASMUS+ program.

Las Cooperativas de Crédito nacieron en Europa a principios del siglo XX con el objetivo de aportar soluciones a las necesidades planteadas por los sectores agrarios y de consumo, a los que les resultaba difícil, acceder al crédito bancario tradicional. Las Cooperativas de Crédito Agrarias, conocidas como Cajas Rurales, jugaron un papel básico en el desarrollo del sector agrario. Actualmente este papel se ha ampliado y se caracterizan por prestar un servicio adaptado a todo tipo de usuarios. En 1984 se constituyó el Banco de Crédito Agrícola (BCA). El grupo asociado BCA-Cajas Rurales, acogió a 51 Cajas Rurales.
