Alejandro T. serves as the General Manager of SURA Services at Seguros, tendencias y riesgos SURA since August 2017, focusing on developing the company through strategic synergies with the insurer SURA to enhance value generation and customer loyalty. Prior to this role, Alejandro held various leadership positions, including Director of Marketing, Corporate Reputation & Experience, and Director of Product Design and Portfolio Management, overseeing initiatives that improved brand positioning and customer experience. Alejandro's earlier experience includes roles as Solutions & Marketing Vice President at Dichter & Neira Research, where the value proposition of market research solutions was defined, and Colombia Country Manager, managing sales and project execution. Alejandro also served as Account Group Director for Millward Brown and has extensive experience in commercial intelligence and customer service from positions held at Skandia Colombia. Alejandro holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with certifications in marketing and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
